Rainy day in Madrid.

Hey, I´m still alive!
We are close to the end of the production of "Tad the Lost Explorer", the movie that I´m workin on. I can not show the stuff I´m making until the movie is released (Spring 2012 I guess). So I want to bring my blog back to life with a few photos taken this rainy afternoon in Madrid. I used my mobile camera while coming back home in the bus.
Well, these are not paintings, but I hope you like it.

Red Dress

Sometimes I miss painting in a traditional way, but my studio is not the best place to work with oils and a big canvas... So I like to keep the traditional techinques when using photoshop (without fussion layers, masks and other digital procedures).

This is a fun exercise to keep up color skills: Just one layer, natural brushes and dynamic opacity to blend tones.
